mn3p = my november project picture project
I've been attending November Project Toronto for a while now ... I started mn3p as a way to keep myself accountable until I was sure that I'd keep this up ... 'cause I tell you, getting up at 5am ain't no fun :)
Today's workout:
- run down and up the Baldwin Steps
- draw 3 playing cards - each suit corresponds to an exercise (burpees, pushups, jumping lunges, mountain climbers)
- roll 2 dice - add the faces and that's how many reps (re-roll snake eyes)
- and repeat the circuit
