MTAC Update 2017/09/17 ... (Marathon Training Around City) ... Fantastic weather, and the age old battle of sleep vs. doing rears its ugly head! So, an abbreviated 15+ km for the Long Wander today ... I'll up the distance next weekend, then start to taper in preparation for the mid-October race.

from the article ... "Dr. Gibney, the nutritionist and Nestlé consultant, said the company deserved credit for reformulating healthier products."
That's like saying "I stopped punching you in the face with my fist ; now I'm wearing a boxing glove".
